Email accounts are billed on an annual basis: accounts are charged on the first of the month of the anniversary of initial sig n-up.
Web hosting is billed per the cycle chosen in the registration process; with renewals charged on the first of the month of the anniversary of the initial registration.
Web hosting services are eligable for a refund if the account is cancelled within the 30 of sign up. If you cancel after that time there will be no refund given. We will deduct flat 6% administrative fee before initiating any refund. Refunds do NOT apply to dedicated IP addresses, or domain name registrations. Email accounts are eligable for a 75% refund if cancelled within 48 hrs only.
