After that, please type and confirm your desired new password.

As soon as you managed to access the mail box with a new password, please update your account information and validate your alternative e-mail address:
(Settings->Account from the webmail).
In case, you are facing problems with replying to your secret question, please e-mail to support@www.com and we will be able to reset the password for you on the basis of your indicated alternative e-mail address.
